What do you think about Boris urging football clubs to pay a living wage to their less stellar staff?

Well I like boris, and he's doing just great so far, banning booze from the underground was def. needed. This wonderful idea is long overdue considering the money they make, its pitiful when you live in the capital, everything is so expensive.
