HOW CAN I REDUCE MY EYEBROW HAIR?

How can i reduce my eyebrow hairs they look really bushy,dark and thick and all over the place how can i make them look thinner and lighter??? should i tweeze them all off and will they come back lighter and better and i dnt wanna go salons or bleach them or anything i juz wanna fix them PERMANENTLY how can i do this????
