Folks, My jimmy is stuck in the sewer under the sidewalk! What should I do?

He said that he thought he was a vampire from twilight and that he was invincible! My tennis ball fell down those sewer indents that are under the sidewalks. I told my son jimmy to go get it or i would return all of his christmas presents. He went down and got the ball but now he can't get out. i got bored and and left to go back in the house to watch some smallville on TV. Now it is pouring rain and i am sure it is filling the sewer up with water. My wife told me to go get him, but im watching smallville! what's wrong with that woman can't she see that im busy!?
