I did a pelvic sonogram and the dr. said there was no unusual adnexal m or fliud collection. please explain

There were no tumors, unusual growths, or cysts. Basically a normal sonogram. You really should ask your doctor these questions. Don't think you are going to sound stupid. Most people need a little more description with test results. Good health.
