I have got AIR 85859(aieee rank) and sr 3514 from WEST BENGAL.What state colleges will i get from AIEEE quota?

i want to know the name of the expected west bengal colleges that i have a probability of getting through aieee quota on the basis of my rank.i have mentioned my aieee rank in the question.What probable streams may be available for me in those colleges on my rank basis.My WBJEE rank is 15925...so what west bengal colleges should i expect from this rank?which will be a better option for me-to enter a state college through aieee qouta OR to enter a state college through my WBJEE rank?which do u think will fetch me a better stream in a better college?
