I have a stock 2004 spyder xtra and I want to know what 14" barrel is compatible with it for less than $40

The stock barrel is 12" long and loud when I fire. I use CO2 and play in temperatures from 75 to 90 degrees. I play for recreation and I am also looking for a good trigger upgrade because I have to pull the stock trigger quite a bit to shoot the gun. I want to know if there is a trigger upgrade where I can tap the trigger and it will shoot.I am new to paintballing.
