Anyone ever deal with a problem like this one?

personally if iwere in your shoes, when the allegations are unfounded if thats the case then i would get you and your husband to take her to court for full custody and i would seek help for your daughter so that she doesn't have all these mixed feelings. Please keep in mind that if her mother is filling her head with crap it is possible that the child made these allegations falsely just to help her mother.
