What do you think of stereotypes? what about racial stereotypes?

Brent Staples who wrote "Just Walk on By: Black Men and Public Space" and Judith Ortiz Cofer who wrote "The Myth of the Latin Woman: I just Met a Girl Named Maria" both had written they're experiences based on how they were judged because of their culture or color of skin and so they write with anger and yet they both manage to keep calm and don't point fingers.
