I have a proposed co operative society related problem?

i own a flat in a proposed co operative society . all my essments bills upto march2007 are duly paid . the problem is that the society has collected rs.20,000 from each member ,(i have duly paid the entire amnt.) but still many members have not paid , but still the repairing work has not completed & not done properly .there is a lot of leakage in my house & all my compains to thye society has fallen on deaf ears i really dont know what should i do i really want to teach them a lesson so that they do not take anyone else for granted . please help!
