How do you add extra pages of pictures on Myspace?

I know that people have put them in comments. And there was one post that said by adding the profile "300" allowed more pictures, and it DOES. I was wondering that if every person that I've seen with multiple pages of commentable pictures had at one time the profile 300, because I believe it is a new movie site and I've seen people with these pictures sometime in October or November I believe. I was just curious, and on another level, exactly "how" does adding a profile really allow more pictures, I mean, I added them and removed them and it does work, but I'm curious as to the working behind it all. Technical fans, don't be afraid to bust out lingo in your answers, I really want to know. Thanks in advance.
