Help with song in scrubs. Can't find the name of it ANYWHERE. PLEASE help me!?

there's an episode where the Janitor holds down this lady's legs for Carla while the lady's having a seizure. Then he's bragging about it and as he over hears the two doctors talking about him 'still bragging' there's a song playing in the background like "everybody knows it's hard to" that's all i got if anyone knows the name of this please let me know!
