Front Master Cylinder Not Working!? - Kawasaki kx 125 1991 model?

Had the same problem with my Gixer 750. Bled the brakes about 15 times and nothing seemed to work. Changed the master cylinder to a slightly larger one. Bled the brakes and Hey Presto - good set of working brakes.
