England qualifying for Euro'08...?

Who/what is the main reason for Englands almost certain illimination in the qualifing section? Is it plainly down to Svens 'yes' man being in charge using same predictable tactics, is it due to so many top foreign players joining premiership that the young talent has been left mostly unfounded? Best league in world, sure, decent international team? Your havin a laugh. Whats your opinion?
